Personal Performance Plans

All of the components of fitness are vital to improving our performance on the field. These components are:

  • Agility
  • Balance 
  • Co-ordination
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Power
  • Reaction time 
  • Speed 
  • Strength


Did you know that the average possession time for a pro Soccer player is 30-90 seconds over the whole course of a game?!


What does this mean? Athletes need to be more aware of their components of fitness and what they do off of the ball in order to give them an advantage when they get on the ball. 


Improving these components is vital. My Player Performance Plans are pre-made courses where we improve these components over a number of weeks. These sessions will also include remotely responsive advice for help on this
